Casa La Templanza

La Templanza residence located in San Miguel de Allende, México inside of one of the most sofisticated vineyards in the country. Just a twenty minute drive from San Miguel de Allende´s downtown. The whole development is one hundred hectares (247 sq. acres) in a former farm. It is surrounded by mature trees, small arroyos, lush vegetation and a lake. An ideal place to enjoy country life with all the comfort of luxury living in a tuscan style vineyard.

The development offers two restaurants open to the public, a club house for residents with wine cellar, private bar, biliard table and game room. A large living room with a terrace overlooking the lake, perfect for social engagements and parties. There is a polo field with horse stables and lighted tennis and paddle tennis courts.
