Originally from the UK, Sarah fell in love with Mexico from the moment she landed almost two decades ago. What was supposed to be a 2-week trip turned into 8 years in Mexico City. This prolonged immersion not only allowed her to master Spanish but also provided her with a profound understanding of Mexican culture.

In 2012, Sarah and her husband, Erick Sakal, decided to move to San Miguel de Allende, seeking a slower pace of life and to start a family. Now, as a dedicated real estate agent teaming up with Erick, Sarah combines her passion for writing and content creation with her extensive local knowledge to share the unique charm of this city. She focuses on helping clients discover the perfect home, whether they’re searching for a cozy family setting or a luxury part-time getaway.

Juggling her life as a mum to two lovely young boys, Sarah is committed to providing transparent, honest, and personal insights into San Miguel’s real estate market and everything about this incredible city.
