Located on Calle de Las Luces, a quiet cul-de-sac within the Ventanas Country Club, Casa de las Luces seamlessly blends traditional materials like cantera stone and clay tiles with contemporary architecture.

Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a spacious open-concept living and dining area with tall ceilings and sliding glass doors that provide serene views and natural light throughout the home. Adjacent to this area is a modern kitchen featuring granite countertops, a large island with a breakfast bar, and ample workspace. This floor also includes a laundry area and a guest powder room.

The ground-floor suite is ideal for individuals with limited mobility or families with young children. This suite can serve as the primary bedroom or as a generous guest suite, with direct access to the back garden and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The second floor offers a landing area that connects two additional bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and closets. One of these bedrooms is designed to function as the main suite, boasting a spacious walk-in dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks. This level also features a cozy outdoor seating area with panoramic views of the city and the golf course.

Casa de las Luces’s rooftop garden is both spacious and inviting, with covered seating areas, a wet bar/grill station, and a visitor’s restroom. This area is perfect for entertaining friends and family while enjoying stunning views of the Ventanas Golf Club and the San Miguel skyline in the background.
