Juan Perea

Juan consideres himself a sanmiguelense. Although born in Mexico City he spent holidays and weekends in San Miguel. As a result, Juan has developed deep friendships with both the Mexican and foreign residents.
This love for San Miguel gives him the opportunity to serve his clients by knowing all the ins and outs of each area of town.
Having been a broker and trader in sugar and other soft goods, he learned that by being in the middle as a dealmaker, he has to serve both buyer and seller in order to make the transaction a win-win for all parties involved.
The idea of service and loyalty drives Juan to go the extra mile every time, thus providing the excellent service each buyer or seller looks for.
He loves the outdoors and enjoys his ranch with his Norwegian wife and two young children.
